A Wool Blanket Inspired By Origami

Brazilian born, Barcelona based designer and technologist, Bianca Cheng Costanzo, was inspired by the origami patterns she did as a kid. That inspiration led her to explore turning those 3D patterns into a wool blanket known as bloom.

bloom takes the thought from paper and utilizes a soft cashmere wool to produce a geometric, 3-dimensional blanket that not only appears great, but will hold you warm, too. Even though wool is soft, it still maintains the structure of an origami pattern.
